Antão Vaz is a white wine grape variety that is primarily grown in the Alentejo region of Portugal. This wine has a bright yellow color with greenish hues and a complex aroma of tropical fruits, such as mango and pineapple, along with citrus notes of lemon and grapefruit. On the palate, it's full-bodied with a refreshing acidity and flavors of ripe fruit, honey, and a hint of minerality. Antão Vaz pairs well with seafood, such as grilled fish or seafood risotto, as well as roasted chicken and creamy pasta dishes.
